In the latest Best Diets Ranking by the US News & World Report, the Mediterranean diet has once again clinched the global diet supremacy. Earning an impressive 85.1%, it outshone 30 competing alternatives, securing its position atop the podium.

Following closely are the Dash diet for hypertension and the Mind diet, renowned for cognitive decline prevention, claiming second and third place, respectively. The Mayo diet secured the fourth spot, presenting a 12-week program emphasizing protein intake while excluding carbohydrates. Rounding out the top five is the Flexitarian diet.

The Mediterranean diet’s triumph is not only attributable to its health benefits but also its user-friendly adherence.
