Based in Langhirano (Parma), the company specializes in crafting Prosciutto di Parma PDO, harnessing the region’s distinctive microclimate and blending innovative technology with artisanal craftsmanship.
This strategic acquisition enables Bedogni’s expansion into new markets while benefiting from the technical prowess and forward-thinking production strategies of the leading Italian conglomerate specializing in the production of deli meats. The move also reinforces Bedogni’s commitment to its native territory.
BERETTA AUGMENTS ITS PREMIUM CURED MEATS PORTFOLIO
In parallel, the Beretta Group elevates its portfolio with the addition of one of the most esteemed Prosciutto di Parma PDO brands, further solidifying its presence in the premium cured ham segment. Prosciutto di Parma Bedogni will be integrated into “Le Nostre Eccellenze” line, alongside iconic Italian charcuterie classics like Prosciutto San Daniele PDO, Prosciutto di Carpegna PDO, and Prosciutto Toscano PDO.
