Similarly, the Burrata di Andria PGI stands out as a protected and guaranteed delicacy, crafted meticulously following local traditions. It is celebrated for its rich, rounded flavor and creamy texture that melts in the mouth.
Michelin-starred Chef Massimo Bottura, who will be preparing meals for world leaders at Borgo Egnazia, has also sampled and praised Gioiella’s products, freshly made by skilled artisans at the company’s stand.
