TUTTOFOOD 2025: A GLOBAL STAGE FOR ITALIAN AGRIFOOD
Franco Mosconi, president of Fiere di Parma, presented the vision for TuttoFood Milano at the European Parliament during a conference titled “A Sustainable and Competitive Model for the Food and Beverage Sector”, hosted by Italian MEP Stefano Bonaccini. The event attracted stakeholders from leading European agri-food organizations, including FoodDrinkEurope, Eurocommerce, and Copa-Cogeca, alongside journalists and industry leaders.
Mosconi underscored the fair’s innovative approach, which is designed to attract market-shaping companies:
“TuttoFood Milano 2025 showcases a competitive, sustainability-driven format that is engaging businesses capable of defining trends and influencing global policies, markets, and economies.”
REDEFINING ITALY’S AGRIFOOD LANDSCAPE
TuttoFood 2025 signals a transformative moment for Italy’s agrifood sector, particularly through its partnership with Cibus, another flagship event by Fiere di Parma. Matteo Zoppas, president of the Italian Trade Agency (ITA), emphasized the significance of this collaboration:
“Trade shows are essential tools for the food sector, a cornerstone of the Made in Italy brand. The union of TuttoFood and Cibus represents a critical step toward building an integrated, globally recognized platform. TuttoFood 2025 is shaping up to be a landmark event, with over 3,000 exhibitors, 2,000 top international buyers, 90,000 professional visitors, and 500,000 entries anticipated.”
The event has already secured commitments from hundreds of companies across 35 countries, with more than 85% of its 150,000 square meters of exhibition space reserved. ITA further amplifies its global reach by curating a delegation of over 200 high-profile buyers through its network of 87 offices in 74 countries.
SPOTLIGHT ON ITALIAN EXCELLENCE
At the headquarters of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the launch of the ninth “Week of Italian Cuisine in the World”, Antonio Cellie, CEO of Fiere di Parma, highlighted the fair’s potential to enhance Italian agrifood’s global standing:
“Italian agrifood exports, supported by Cibus Parma, have grown nearly twice as fast as global food trade. TuttoFood Milano 2025 capitalizes on this momentum by combining best practices and providing companies with tools to penetrate international markets, from retail to Horeca. This partnership aims to establish a global benchmark for the agrifood sector, much like Italian cuisine has done for gastronomy worldwide.”
As momentum builds, TuttoFood Milano 2025 promises to showcase Italian excellence and set new global standards for the food and beverage industry. It will blend sustainability, innovation, and the enduring appeal of Made in Italy’s F&B.
