Cibus Connecting Italy kicks off in Parma

Cibus Connecting Italy, the international exhibition dedicated to the latest innovations in the Italian food industry taking place today and tomorrow, was inaugurated this morning at Fiere di Parma.

The 2023 edition of this international food show offers 1,000 agri-food brands and four special areas to approximately 20,000 operators from all over the world. The special areas are dedicated to fresh fruit and vegetables, plant-based functional ingredients, nutraceuticals and sports supplementation, and finally ingredients and technological solutions for ice cream and pastries. More than 500 new products and a selection of one hundred innovations displayed in the Innovation Corner are also waiting for attendees.

THE PROGRAM

Cibus Connecting Italy 2023 also features a rich program of workshops and meetings that aim to delve into hot topics in the sector, as well as moments of tasting and discovery of the new products on display. Start-ups have been given an ad hoc space in Hall 6, where thirty companies belonging to the Le Village by Crédit Agricole circuit are exhibiting their products.
