Roberto Belli, Director of the Consortium for the Protection of Salumi Piacentini PDO, emphasized, “Direct engagement with restaurateurs, including detailed tutorials on optimal slicing and presentation, coupled with essential information on the distinct characteristics of our PDO cured meats, guided consumers on an experiential journey.”
