With its new Millefoglie filled puff pastry, Vicenzi, a leading Italian sweet bakery company, won the Italian Food Award 2023 in the Sweet & Confectionery category at the Anuga trade show. Italianfood.net interviewed the company’s new General Manager Marcello Gelo to learn something more about Vicenzi’s range.
