MartinoRossi, a leading Italian producer of flours, clean-label functional ingredients, and high-quality plant-based products—free from gluten, allergens, and GMOs—will showcase its latest innovations at four major international trade shows in March.
The Lombardy-based company will exhibit at Expo West (Anaheim, USA – March 5-7), Food Expo Greece (Athens – March 8-10), HIP Madrid (Spain – March 10-12), and Foodex Tokyo (Japan – March 11-14), underscoring its commitment to innovation and the growing demand for plant-based and free-from solutions in the food industry, foodservice, and retail sectors.
EXPO WEST (ANAHEIM, USA – MARCH 5-7) – NORTH HALL (LEVEL 200) BOOTH N1929
At North America’s leading trade show for natural and organic products, MartinoRossi will present its Beamy range, featuring dry legume-based mixes for plant-based meat and egg alternatives. The products are gluten-free, allergen-free, soy-free, and GMO-free, with minimal ingredients.
The company will also unveil new additions to its Goodly range, which currently includes large-flake oats and whole-grain oats for porridge and cocoa granola. The latest Goodly Natural Plant Protein powders—available in vanilla and cocoa—are gluten-free and contain no added sugars.
Another highlight is the Mr. Beans cocoa spread, made from 100% Italian chickpeas and free from common allergens such as dairy and hazelnuts. This expansion complements the Mr. Beans snack line, which includes fiber-and protein-rich legume-based products, available in both savory non-fried sticks and sweet bars.
Also on display will be MartinoRossi Professional, a range developed for the foodservice sector. This includes gluten-free mixes for fresh pasta, baked goods, and desserts, as well as pre-cooked legume flours and plant-based meat and egg alternatives.
FOOD EXPO GREECE (ATHENS, GREECE – MARCH 8-10) – HALL 2, STAND A37-39
At Southeast Europe’s premier food and beverage trade fair, MartinoRossi will highlight its Beamy plant-based range, with a particular focus on a revamped packaging design and the new Bolognese Sauce mix for international markets. The product, which includes dehydrated tomato, offers a convenient plant-based alternative to traditional meat sauces and joins the Beamy plant-based ground meat mix, suitable for tacos, burritos, and other dishes.
HIP MADRID (SPAIN – MARCH 10-12) – PAV. 8, STAND 8 F640
Targeting the hospitality and foodservice industry, MartinoRossi will present its Professional line, alongside two new products tailored for the Latin American market. The first one is a pre-steamed white and yellow corn flours for arepas, sourced from 100% Italian corn. The flours produce soft, flavorful, gluten-free arepas, offering a high-quality option for Latin American cuisine. Then there is a plant-based egg alternative mix, designed for use in tortillas and other foodservice applications.
