Crazy Pizza, the brand from the Majestas Group led by Flavio Briatore and Francesco Costa, has launched a new location in the vibrant heart of New York City, often hailed as the American capital of pizza. Following its triumph in Naples, Crazy Pizza is set to bring its authentic Italian experience to this bustling metropolis.
Nestled in the dynamic SoHo neighborhood, known for its creative flair and cosmopolitan atmosphere, Crazy Pizza New York City will feature a modern, inviting space with an expansive bar area and an outdoor terrace capable of accommodating over 100 guests.
“The opening in New York is a pivotal moment for us,” stated Flavio Briatore. “This marks our 16th Crazy Pizza restaurant and signifies the start of a new phase in our international expansion. New York is the perfect stage to present our vision of Italian fine dining, which focuses on excellence, exclusivity, and entertainment—cornerstones of our success. SoHo’s vibrant energy aligns perfectly with our brand’s innovative spirit, and we aim to deliver an experience that transcends mere dining, immersing our guests in an authentically Italian lifestyle. This endeavor goes beyond pizza innovation; it’s about creating a venue where food, culture, and creativity converge distinctively.”
The grand opening of Crazy Pizza in New York City, held on October 29 and hosted by Heidi Klum with a carefully selected guest list, represents the inaugural step in a prestigious multi-year joint venture aimed at establishing a series of strategic openings in key U.S. cities.
This milestone further advances the brand’s global expansion strategy. Following successful summer launches in Forte dei Marmi and St. Tropez, Crazy Pizza is preparing to debut in Belgrade in November, one of Europe’s oldest and culturally rich cities, before heading to St. Moritz in December, a celebrated destination in the luxury hospitality sector.
As Crazy Pizza continues to expand its international footprint, it solidifies its position as a leader in the luxury-fun dining segment. In 2023, the brand reported revenues exceeding €25 million, reflecting a 24% increase compared to 2022, with an ambitious target of surpassing €45 million in 2024.
