The Italian rice company Riso Scotti was represented by KCG Corporation at the 7th edition of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World at EmQuartier, Bangkok, November 14-20.
The Embassy of Italy in Bangkok, in coordination with ITA – Italian Trade Agency, the TICC Thai – Italian Chamber of Commerce, and local Italian businesses organized a number of events under the 2022 issue: “Conviviality, sustainability, and innovation: the ingredients of the Italian cuisine for people’s health and the safeguard of the planet.”
“This event has been an excellent opportunity to highlight how Italian rice meets many of the issues and challenges of the times we live in,” says Ebro Foods group in an official statement. “Respecting the planet, environment, and people with our sustainability efforts has created synergies with Italy’s effort to safeguard the environment, which is a strength of Italy’s agri-food and hospitality sectors.”
