Ponte Vertical Launches Vicenzi’s Latest Innovations in Portugal

Ponte Vertical, exclusive partner of Italy’s pastry group Vicenzi in Portugal since 2020, has announced the arrival of the latest Vicenzi innovations to the national market. The launch, presented under the banner #Novidades Vicenzi, marks another milestone in the brand’s mission to bring the elegance of Italian pastry-making to Portuguese consumers.

Founded in Verona in 1905 by Matilde Vicenzi, the Vicenzi Group boasts over 100 years of tradition and excellence. Today, it is present in more than 100 countries, renowned for its use of high-quality ingredients, artisanal methods, and authentic recipes that have made it a global reference in fine pastry.

VICENZI IN PORTUGAL: THE NEW ARRIVALS

  • Grisbì KitKat — A collaboration that merges the world-famous crunch of KitKat with the delicate Italian biscuit Grisbì. This milk-chocolate shortcrust shell encases a creamy KitKat filling (40%), with notes of hazelnut and wafer. “This launch unites the prestige of the Vicenzi Group with the international appeal of KitKat — a brand loved for over 85 years — and is designed especially for young adults who appreciate modern, tasty, and convenient snacks,” the company stated.
  • Savoiardi Vicenzovo Fragola — The iconic Vicenzovo ladyfingers get a refreshing new flavor: strawberry. Maintaining their signature light texture and versatility, these biscuits are perfect for everyday enjoyment or as a creative base for desserts such as tiramisù. “Vicenzovo Fragola brings a touch of summer sweetness to an Italian classic,” Ponte Vertical noted.
  • Millefoglie al Pistacchio — Composed of 192 golden layers of puff pastry, this individually wrapped snack combines crispness and lightness with a rich pistachio cream filling. “The Millefoglie al Pistacchio represents the harmony between tradition and sophistication that defines our brand,” Vicenzi’s product team added.

AVAILABILITY AND EXPANSION

The new Vicenzi references are already available at El Corte Inglés and Auchan Retail Portugal, and will soon reach other national supermarket chains. They join the existing Vicenzi and Grisbì product ranges already well established in Portugal, including Amaretti, classic and gluten-free Vicenzovo ladyfingers, Almond Cantuccini, and Grisbì filled biscuits in flavors such as lemon, double chocolate, hazelnut, coffee, pistachio, gianduia (vegan), and more.
