Eataly Stockholm has once again earned the coveted “Italian Hospitality” seal, awarded during the ninth annual Week of Italian Cuisine in the World.
This year’s event, hosted by the Italian Embassy in Stockholm and supported by the Italian Cultural Institute, the Italian Trade Agency, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Italian Academy of Cuisine, spotlighted the theme: “Mediterranean Diet and Cuisine of Roots: Health and Tradition.”
Eataly contributed to the celebration of Italy’s culinary heritage by hosting a public cooking class, featuring iconic dishes such as tagliatelle with ragù, eggplant parmigiana, and tiramisu.
