Mulino Bianco Chicche, the cocoa-filled biscuits from the iconic Italian Barilla-owned brand, have officially entered the Polish market through Biedronka, one of the country’s leading retail chains. “A cocoa-filled Italian classic now at Biedronka,” the company announced, marking the debut of the 200g format on Polish shelves.

Mulino Bianco Chicche are crunchy cocoa cookies filled with a smooth chocolate cream, offering “a rich, indulgent taste and a satisfying contrast of textures in every bite.” The product combines the intensity of cocoa with a creamy filling, positioning itself as an everyday snack and a premium indulgence. According to the brand, Chicche are “perfect for sharing moments, family breaks, or a sweet treat with coffee or tea,” highlighting their versatility across consumption occasions and target groups.

From a market perspective, the launch reflects a strategic move to strengthen the biscuits segment with a product backed by strong brand equity. “With strong brand recognition and broad consumer appeal, they are a great addition to the biscuits category,” the Polish company stated.
