Eataly has officially opened its doors in West Palm Beach, Florida, marking a milestone expansion for the Italian marketplace and hospitality brand. Described by the Italian company as a warm greeting to the community — “Ciao Eataly West Palm Beach Welcome to the Eataly family!” — the new location brings a large-scale culinary and cultural hub to the heart of the city.
Spanning over 23,000 square feet inside a 100-year-old historic hall, the store anchors CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach. According to Eataly, the site blends the brand’s signature Italian identity with a distinct Palm Beach influence, creating a destination that is both rooted in tradition and tailored to its new home.

The flagship features two full-service restaurants, multiple quick-service counters — including coffee, pastry, gelato, and pizza — and an extensive wine selection. Its marketplace showcases hundreds of artisanal Italian products, along with fresh pasta, premium meats, and cut-to-order charcuterie & cheeses.
In a significant first for the brand in North America, the West Palm Beach location introduces a performance stage, expanding Eataly’s experiential offerings. It also houses a cooking school, furthering the company’s mission to share what it calls the “Italian Art of Living.”

A major visual statement within the space is a large-scale mural commissioned from world-renowned artist Tristan Eaton, reinforcing the blend of Italian iconography and local Palm Beach flair. Eataly celebrated the opening by praising the teams behind the project, stating: “We cannot wait to welcome you to Eataly West Palm Beach — congratulations to our #Eatalian team on the Grand Opening!”

The debut of Eataly West Palm Beach signals continued demand for immersive culinary retail environments and marks a notable addition to the Florida region’s fast-growing gastronomic scene.
