Italian food hall Eataly has launched its inaugural global location for “Eataly Caffè” at New York City’s landmark Rockefeller Center. The quick-service concept aims to offer a taste of high-quality Italian fare throughout the day, from morning coffee to evening aperitivo. It is slated to open a second Manhattan location at Hudson Yards in early June.

Eataly Caffè features a streamlined menu including Eataly’s proprietary Arabica coffee blend, pastries, Roman-style pizza, focaccia, gelato, and convenient grab-and-go options. The company has also introduced a dedicated application for pre-ordering and pick-up, alongside new recipes tailored for a faster service experience.
“I am extremely proud of this result,” commented Eataly CEO Tommaso Brusò. “It is always a challenge to launch a new concept with a new brand image and be consistent with our history and our DNA. I firmly believe that we have succeeded. Innovation in all aspects is what characterizes this new concept.”

The opening marks a strategic move by Eataly to broaden its reach and cater to consumers seeking a quicker Italian culinary experience. The company plans to double its Eataly Caffè presence in New York City with the upcoming launch at The Shops & Restaurants at Hudson Yards.
