Eataly Debuts New Coffee Concept at Rockefeller Center

Italian food hall Eataly has launched its inaugural global location for “Eataly Caffè” at New York City’s landmark Rockefeller Center. The quick-service concept aims to offer a taste of high-quality Italian fare throughout the day, from morning coffee to evening aperitivo. It is slated to open a second Manhattan location at Hudson Yards in early June.

Eataly Caffè

Eataly Caffè features a streamlined menu including Eataly’s proprietary Arabica coffee blend, pastries, Roman-style pizza, focaccia, gelato, and convenient grab-and-go options. The company has also introduced a dedicated application for pre-ordering and pick-up, alongside new recipes tailored for a faster service experience.

I am extremely proud of this result,” commented Eataly CEO Tommaso Brusò. “It is always a challenge to launch a new concept with a new brand image and be consistent with our history and DNA. I firmly believe that we have succeeded. Innovation in all aspects is what characterizes this new concept. We introduced a new technology by launching the Eataly Caffé app where you can order in advance and pick up the product at your convenience. We introduced new recipes to our menu that are more suited to the quick-service experience, as well as other new things. We will double in a few days in Hudson Yard with the opening of our second Eataly Caffè.
