Granoro, one of Italy’s most established pasta producers, is set to be a key exhibitor at TuttoFood, the international B2B trade show for the agri-food sector, taking place at MilanoFiere from 5 to 8 May.
The Apulian company will present a portfolio shaped by its strategic focus on sustainability and innovation, underpinned by a commitment to delivering pasta products made exclusively in Puglia. The premium “Dedicato” line will be central to its display, crafted from a carefully curated selection of durum wheat varieties cultivated in the region and produced without pesticides or glyphosate.
Chief Executive Marina Mastromauro commented: “TuttoFood continues to be a valuable forum for discovering new players, exchanging insights, and building strategic partnerships. Over these four days, we expect to strengthen our existing commercial relationships and establish new ones, particularly in foreign markets.”
PRODUCT LAUNCHES BY GRANORO
Among the new offerings on display is Granoro’s “Dedicato” Spaghetti Due Minuti—a two-minute pasta designed for rapid cooking in boiling water or directly in a pan. Inspired by Japanese culinary techniques and tailored for both Eastern and Western markets, the product reflects a growing demand for convenience without compromising quality. Its performance is the result of high-grade Apulian semolina and a proprietary extrusion die that yields a unique pasta profile.

This quick-cooking spaghetti can also be prepared using the “risotto method”, a restaurant-style technique in which pasta absorbs the sauce as it cooks, enhancing flavour and retaining starch. The reduced cooking time contributes to a smaller environmental footprint.
Granoro will also unveil its Spaghetti Quadrati, a square-cut format with a coarse, porous texture—designed to hold sauce more effectively and deliver a firm, resilient bite. Produced using 100% Apulian wheat under the company’s certified supply chain programme, it forms part of the “Dedicato alla nostra terra” range, aimed at supporting regional agriculture and sustainable farming practices.
Also launching is a new ready-to-cook kit for Spaghetti all’Assassina, a spicy pasta dish made famous by the Italian TV series “Le indagini di Lolita Lobosco.”
COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS AND EVENTS
Granoro’s stand (Pavilion 2, Stand L09) will serve as a hub for live events celebrating Apulian gastronomy. On 6 May at noon, chef and food entrepreneur Sonia Peronaci will host a cooking show in collaboration with the brand, offering a personal take on the region’s culinary traditions.
The following day, 7 May at noon, chef Celso Laforgia of Bari’s Urban – L’Assassineria Urbana will lead a show-cooking session featuring a contemporary reinterpretation of Spaghetti all’Assassina, one of Italy’s most talked-about pasta dishes of the moment.
