At SIAL 2018 food trade show, Italian pasta company from Apulia Granoro is showcasing its ‘Dedicato’ line. “We are here to meet our customers and to introduce our new lines – says Marco Minervini, Export manager of Granoro, in this interview with Italianfood.net – . Above all ‘Dedicato’ pasta line, which is made with 100% durum wheat semolina from Apulia. Exports markets are very important for us. More than a half of our total turnover comes from export sales. The most important foreign market for us is South Africa, followed by Kazakhstan, USA, Japan, and the Middle East and China”.
