Recently, a cooking show at Lisbon’s Apolónia Supermercados’ Italian Fair showcased a trio of Italian brands—Delverde, Ponti, and Vicenzi—represented in Portugal by local distributor Ponte Vertical. Chef Victor Hugo Munhoz prepared an array of dishes, from appetizers featuring melba toast with Genovese pesto and Ponti olives to Delverde pan-seared gnocchi with Ponti pasta sauces, and indulgent desserts with Grisbì biscuits, whipped cream, and Ponti balsamic vinegar cream. “These are practical, nutritious recipes that make it easy for customers to bring a taste of Italy into their homes,“’” noted the distributor.

The Italian Fair, running until October 20 at Apolónia Supermercados, offers shoppers the chance to explore these and other Italian staples.

Additionally, Ponte Vertical has created a dedicated Delverde display at the entrance of Lisbon’s El Corte Inglés, where, for two weeks, customers can explore the premium pasta range produced by the Newlat Food-owned brand.
