Fattorie Garofalo is set to unveil the future of buffalo mozzarella production at SIAL 2024 in Paris (October 19-23), showcasing a model built on sustainability, product innovation, and digital transformation. The Italian dairy firm is focused on delivering premium-quality mozzarella while safeguarding the environment and ensuring animal welfare.
In line with SIAL’s 60th edition’s theme, “Own the Change,” which encourages food companies to embrace global challenges, Fattorie Garofalo will have a presence in two key pavilions: Hall 7 Stand E001 with its own exclusive space, and Hall 1 Stand E005 as part of the Consorzio Tradizione Italiana.
The event will serve not just as an international commercial showcase but as an opportunity for the company to highlight its integrated, circular supply chain designed to meet the challenges of tomorrow. With seven farms, 12,000 buffalo, and an annual production of 10,000 tonnes of mozzarella, Fattorie Garofalo exports to over 40 countries, underscoring its leadership in the sector and commitment to growth through innovation.
Recent investments reflect the company’s strategic shift. New products cater to evolving consumer tastes, while a digital overhaul ensures precise traceability and quality control for every cheese. The firm is also moving toward full circularity with recyclable packaging and aims to achieve energy self-sufficiency within the next year.
At SIAL 2024, visitors will be able to explore Fattorie Garofalo’s range, including Mozzarella di Bufala Campana PDO, alongside lactose-free, organic, and other buffalo-based specialties.
