Parmacotto Group, the Parma-based Italian firm renowned for its expertise in cured meats, has launched its pioneering retail concept, “Parmacotto Selection,” in Lugano, Switzerland. This milestone represents the initial phase of a broader strategic initiative, with plans for multiple dedicated retail outlets across various cities in the pipeline. The inauguration of Parmacotto’s retail endeavor is in tandem with Manor, the distinguished Swiss retail powerhouse.

The avant-garde concept store offers an exclusive grab-and-go experience, featuring a meticulously curated selection of gourmet sandwiches inspired by Parmacotto Selection’s premium cured meats. Crafted by Michelin-starred chef Andrea Ribaldone, these sandwiches epitomize the fusion of local flavors and top-tier ingredients, with options including Crudité, I Ham, La Strana Coppia, Le Roi, Toast&Roll, Felino&Friends, Il Vitellone, Duetto, Mortadella Fusion, and Il Principe.
