Two days ago, during the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World, the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) in Tel Aviv organized two masterclasses at “Agatha Delicatessen”. Orchestrated by chef Massimiliano Di Matteo, the masterclasses focused on Italian cheese.
The masterclasses were destined for a selected number of journalists, bloggers, influencers, and foodies, featuring the Italian pasta dish “Paccheri alla Norma” and Southern-Italian dessert “Sfogliatelle frolle” with ricotta filling.
