At SIAL 2018 food exhibition, Italian pasta company Berruto is showcasing a new product range called Pasta Cup. Thanks to it, the company won the Italian Food Award 2018 in the brand new ‘Ready to Use’ category. This is what the CEO Stefano Berruto said to Italianfood.net: “We are introducing a very innovative range of products. It is a new way of eating a traditional product like pasta, combined with very healthy, natural, and traditional sauces. In just 3 to 4 minutes, you will be able to have a very good dish of pasta with an Italian sauce. All ingredients are natural, no glutammate, no GMO, no preservatives, no artificial colorants. It is nothing you can compare with any other product already existing on the shelves”.
