Italian pasta company Delverde has chosen to focus on innovation. That’s probably why at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2017 it won the Italian Food Award USA in the pasta category with its Wellness Range pasta. Pasta market is a very tough one, where competition is all about prices. So, we decided to play the game in the field of innovation. Consumers want to find something new on the shelves each and every day. Our Wellness Range pasta is made with chickpeas flour and flaxseed: it’s very good and rich in fibers and vegetal proteins said Delverde brand Manager Alessia De Angelis in the following interview with ItalianFood.net.
