Granarolo, the main Italian agri-food player, will attend all the most relevant food exhibitions planned for 2017 in Asia, in the Americas, in Australia and in Europe where it will display its Made in Italy excellent products, in the framework of a development plan based upon the group’s internationalisation. In this way Granarolo intends to meet the needs of international markets which are increasingly affected by the pursuit of Made in Italy food highest standards of safety, good quality and authenticity. Some Granarolo’s new products meeting new trends in consumption will also be presented. The strategy of the group is based on the creation of a comprehensive platform of Italian healthy food products (dairy free, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free) in order to meet the international consumer’s new requirements.
A WIDE RANGE OF PRODUCTS – Granarolo will attend 19 international food exhibitions during 2017, where it will display its wide range of products. Starting with milk: long-life, organic, Amalattea’s goat’s milk, childcare long-life milk and high-quality milk. There will be also the new Long Life Mascarpone for international markets, a new line of Italian frozen Mozzarella (with IQF – Individually Quick Frozen technology), Italian 100% natural Yoghurt Yomo and Yomino and the authentic Italian Granarolo Ice Cream. “Italian healthy food” including Granarolo 100% vegetable, Granarolo Accadì full range, gluten free and dairy free cheese snacks, gluten free bakery and bread products will also be present. Not to forget Italian typical hard cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano DOP, Pecorino Sardo DOP and Caciocavallo Silano DOP from Calabria and curd cheeses such as Mozzarella di Bufala DOP, Granarolo Mascarpone and Casa Azzurra Ricotta. Lastly, Granarolo will present many ingredients like cream and long-life bechamel together with a wide range of Italian excellent food products which are a result of recent acquisitions: Prosciutto di Parma DOP, Pasta Granarolo, Giacobazzi’s Aceto Balsamico IGP and DOP and Ghiotti brand Italian food products.
