On October 5th and 6th, leading Italian agri-food companies represented by UniEat will connect with qualified British buyers and operators. The event, titled The Italian Food Trade Show: Sourcing Excellence from Italy, aims to facilitate commercial development and international expansion within one of the most strategic global markets for the Mediterranean agri-food industry.
Boosting the Made in Italy export
With the support of the ICE Agency London Office, the delegation will engage in a two-day program designed to deepen trade relations. Massimiliano Giansanti, President of UniEats, emphasized that such initiatives are vital tools for matching supply and demand, consolidating existing commercial ties, and opening new avenues for Italian exports.
Event program and B2B networking
The inaugural day, October 5th, will feature a Shop Safari in the Marylebone district, allowing Italian producers to observe local consumption trends and retail dynamics. On October 6th, the venue shifts to The May Fair Hotel for a comprehensive session featuring market insights and a strategic round-table discussion.
The afternoon will be dedicated to pre-scheduled B2B meetings in an open-space setting, providing a focused environment for networking. The event will conclude with a buffet lunch, showcasing the participating companies’ products and celebrating the heritage of the Italian culinary tradition.
