Strong revenue growth and a positive trajectory for 2025 are enabling Deco Industrie to look to the future with confidence. This was the scenario that emerged from the cooperative’s shareholders’ meeting held in recent days at the Artificerie Almagià in Ravenna.
Based in Bagnacavallo, with several plants across Romagna, Emilia, and Veneto, Deco Industrie specializes in the production of packaged fast-moving consumer goods for the food, detergent, and cosmetics sectors.
The results presented to members reward the efforts made over the past three years of significant development, during which revenue increased by 33%. This growth has been driven by a strong focus on worker safety, operational efficiency, and product quality.
THE FIGURES
The 2025 preliminary financial results show consolidated revenues of €258 million, up 12% compared with 2024 and broadly in line with the assumptions underlying the 2026 budget.
Revenue performance confirms the group’s solid industrial positioning, with a major contribution from private label products, which account for the largest share of total turnover, alongside company-owned brands and third-party manufacturing.
By business division:
- The food division reported revenues of €106.5 million, up 6% year on year, with particularly positive performance in private label products.
- The detergents division closed 2025 with revenues of €151 million, marking a strong 15% increase, largely driven by the acquisition of the Noale plant by subsidiary Packaging Imolese.
At the company level, Deco Industrie generated revenues of €192.3 million, in line with 2024, while Packaging Imolese reached €91 million, recording a 30% year-on-year increase. These figures confirm strong growth in both volumes and revenues despite a complex economic and competitive environment, and they form the basis for the 2026 budget, which foresees consolidation of the 2025 results.
“These very positive figures,” said Stanislao Giuseppe Fabbrino, Chief Executive Officer, “highlight a growth trend that has continued for three years with extraordinary results. We maintain the extremely prudent approach that has always distinguished us, but we can say that we are a healthy organization and that all individual plants have performed very well. For this reason, I would like to thank every single worker.”
“We are a modern and healthy manufacturing organization,” added Antonio Campri, President of Deco Industrie, “also thanks to the significant investments made over the past decade, totaling more than €56 million. We care deeply about the safety and health of our workers, an area in which we will invest almost €900,000 in 2026. We have also been able to anticipate the adjustments required by stricter hygiene and safety regulations at some of our facilities, which allows us to look to the future with confidence.”
MEMBERS AND LOCAL COMMUNITY
During 2025, Deco Industrie also expanded its membership base from 250 to 264 members. Among them:
- 150 members benefited from a €50 book voucher,
- Around 600 members and employees received a Christmas gift package,
- 11 members received a Befana stocking for their children,
- Health insurance plans continued to see increasing uptake.
The cooperative also reinforced its commitment to the local community, distributing €100,000 to sports and cultural organizations and €50,000 to social initiatives over the past year.
The assembly also marked the traditional awarding of €500 scholarships, sponsored by Sacchital Group, to the children of employees with outstanding academic performance. This year’s recipients were Maria Giulia Spaziani and Enrico Ricci.
