From February 17 to 21, the Grana Padano PDO Protection Consortium will showcase its products at the Gulfood Exhibition at the World Trade Centre in Dubai. Now in its 30th edition, Gulfood has solidified its position as the largest annual trade show for the food and hospitality sectors in the Middle East and Asia. Spanning multiple sectors, including food and drink, beverage equipment, and hospitality services, the event will provide industry professionals with an opportunity to explore new products, assess market trends, meet global suppliers, and forge new business partnerships.
This year, more than 5,500 exhibitors from over 130 countries are expected, occupying 24 pavilions. Grana Padano PDO, the world’s best-selling Italian cheese with a protected designation of origin, will be prominently featured in the Italian dairy section at Stand A1-34. The programme includes daily tastings of the 16-month-aged variety and the premium Riserva, aged 20-24 months. At 1 p.m. each day, Italian chef Francesco Romano, based in Dubai, will host live cooking demonstrations focused on the versatility of Grana Padano PDO.

Stefano Berni, General Director of the Consortium, expressed excitement about the Dubai exhibition, following the brand’s recent appearance at Madrid Fusión in January. “Our participation in Gulfood 2025 is a key step in broadening our international reach, aligning with our strategic vision: to establish Grana Padano as the global symbol of Italian excellence,” he said.
