The Italian Food Awards, now in their tenth edition, awarded the ten most innovative Italian products of 2024 during the ceremony held at SIAL in Paris. Angela Fiordelisi, Marketing manager of Fiordelisi, talked to us about the winning product in the ‘Preserves & Sauces’ category: Sun dried tomatoes with a drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The products consists in sun dried tomatoes just seasoned and packed in a flexible and sustainable pouch, ready to eat, without jars to be opened and no oil leaking.
