Eataly Abu Dhabi has recently commenced operations, representing the latest venture in the esteemed global network of Italian food markets and halls. Nestled within the captivating confines of the Emirates capital’s Reem Mall, this expansive 1,000-square-meter space is poised to deliver nothing short of “the epitome of high-quality Italian gastronomy,” as underscored in an official statement by Eataly. Beyond its market, restaurant, and dedicated pastry and gelato counter, the new establishment in Abu Dhabi boasts an artisanal “pizza al taglio” oven and an array of counters showcasing the meticulous craftsmanship behind typical Italian products.
Founded in 2007, Eataly was born from Oscar Farinetti’s idea to gather high-quality Italian food at sustainable and reasonable prices for all, celebrate Italian biodiversity, and create an informal, natural, and simple place to “Eat, Shop, Learn,” all under one roof.
