This year, during the Summer Fancy Food Show Parmacotto won the Italian Food Award USA 2023 in the deli category. The Italian company based in Parma and specializing in cold cuts presented its selection made of 100 percent Italian cooked ham, Mortadella with pistachio nuts, and Italian salami. The CEO Alberto Minardi told us that the company is betting strongly on food authenticity and sustainable products.
