The world’s most coveted restaurant ranking unveiled the first half of the 2023 edition list (from 100 to 51) in Valencia. The restaurant run by Enrico Bartolini, located on the third floor of the Mudec building, is currently the only Italian entry in the ranking (85th place).

Such recognition is an inspiration and enthusiasm boost for the entire team,” Enrico Bartolini commented. “I am happy to work with many young people, both in the kitchen and in the dining room, who put their heart and soul into the restaurant every day. For this reason, I would like to share this achievement with the people who support me every day in every detail of the work, with perseverance and commitment, from ingredients to technique. And, above all, the emotional involvement of men and women who love Italian gastronomy. Thank you also to Milan. Together with the Museum of Cultures, this city has put us in the spotlight and the guests who come from all over the world are the real great protagonists that we love to hear about.”
