With a turnover of 35 million euros, more than 80 percent of which is developed by branded products, Nt Food is a benchmark in the gluten-free and healthy products sector. Primarily thanks to the Nutrifree and Nutrisì brands. Nt Food’s products are made in three production plants entirely dedicated to gluten-free, located in the province of Lucca. More than 7,000 square meters host various production lines, including baked goods, rusks, flour blends, breadcrumbs, cookies, savory snacks, as well as sweet leavened products such as croissants, brioche, and seasonal products.

We have often chosen to embrace change, and this has allowed us to evolve and seize new opportunities. Today, Morato Group embodies such an opportunity. And we feel we are seizing it, strong in our entrepreneurial vision and shared values,” says Nicoletta Del Carlo, CEO, and Co-founder, of Nt Food.

In a very positive moment for our company, joining the Morato group is undoubtedly an opportunity to give even more strength to our path, allowing us to access important industrial synergies, and giving a new impetus to our development in export markets,” says Giovanna Del Carlo, CFO, and Co-founder, Nt Food.
