Italian company Nt Food attended PLMA 2019 trade show in Amsterdam to display its gluten free products. Italianfood.net interviewed Export manager Matteo Canali who presented the company’s product range. This is mostly composed of bakery and confectionery products which are made to meet the needs of consumers with food allergies.
