TreValli Cooperlat is an Italian agri-food cooperative specializing in the production of milk and dairy products. Headquartered in Jesi (in the province of Ancona) it has been able to build an innovative business model in the last sixty years, becoming one of the leading Italian companies in the dairy sector. The company gathers together 11 agricultural cooperatives that work in seven Italian regions. Within each year, it processes 133 million cow’s milk, 6 million liters of cream, and 7 million liters of sheep milk.

TreValli Cooperlat exports account for 20% of the company’s total turnover. The product range is very wide and includes milk (fresh, ESL, UHT), milk by-products (whipping cream, cooking cream, canned whipped cream, desserts, béchamel sauce, yogurt), a line of vegetable creams, fresh dairy products (mozzarella, burrata, stracciatella, mascarpone, spreadable cheese, ricotta), and also aged cheese (pecorino, caciotta, mixed). The main lines for export are vegetable creams (Hoplà, Hoplà Veg&Bio, Hoplà Idee di Soia), canned whipped creams (Hoplà and TreValli), TreValli whipping cream, and the Caseari line.
