Innovating in the cold cuts category is certainly not easy. “However – says Igor Furlotti, Sales Director of Terre Ducali company – thanks to our R&D and marketing team we were able to launch a new product and a new packaging this year. The first one is the Salame Corallina made with 100% Italian meat. The second is a festive gift box that contains a selection of the great ‘classics’ of our territory: Salame Strolghino, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and Gocce with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. Terre Ducali owes its fame to the category of salami. In fact we are known for the quality and goodness of our strolghino, for which we are undisputed market leaders. Moreover, in our assortment of typical salami we offer an excellent Salame Felino PGI, which stands out for its unmistakable aroma and taste”. The company is also working on the launch of a new proposal of sliced salami.
