The Italian dairy company Granarolo will be a protagonist at the 19th edition of Cibus – International Food Exhibition (7 to 10 May at Fiere di Parma). The group will be present with a stand of 180 square meters (Hall 02 – Stand I 002) where it will display its whole range of products and brands, available for the Italian and international markets. The stand will be decorated with photographic shots portraying some of the company’s employees along with some of the flagship products.
Brand new products
Participation in Cibus 2018 will be an opportunity to launch the latest innovation for the Italian market: Yomo Next, a fermented preparation from 100% Italian skimmed milk with Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactose-free, with 30% less sugar, fruit in pieces and no fats. Yomo Next is made with Granarolo G+; it is the first and only milk drink in Italy with -30% sugar compared to traditional milk – launched in 2017. The line is composed of five references: sweet white, banana, cherry, blueberries – the latter two with fruit in pieces – and citrus with tasty peel. Moreover, there will be the innovative Granarolo Cheese Crisps snacks. Baked naturally, lactose-free and gluten-free, they are suitable for people with food intolerances. The crisps are obtained by a patented method that, through the cooking of the cheese, gives them crunchiness and does not require refrigeration.
Inside the Granarolo stand
Within the booth, visitors will find: Cooking Show Area, where the Chefs of the Professional Association of Italian Chefs and the Master Pizzaioli of the Italian Pizzaioli School will demonstrate the quality of Granarolo products in the most famous Italian recipes; Granarolo Cheese Crisps tasting Area; Healthy new products tasting Area: from Granarolo G+ to Yomo Next, to the new plant-based alternatives to coconut-based yogurt and the latest recipes for vegetable gastronomy; a Tasting Counter where a cheesemaker will make visitor taste the excellent cheeses of the Granarolo range; an Outdoor area of 80 square meters where the Granarolo Food Truck will be located, to let everyone taste the main product innovations of the group.
