Appleasure is a new organic dressing with apple cider vinegar, from Italian manufacturer Acetificio Andrea Milano. Full of good properties, Appleasure can be used as a dressing, to prepare excellent herbal teas, it can be drunk absolute or used as a base for ‘Shrub drink’. It is an innovative vinegar made with a base of apple cider vinegar with mother. It is raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Acetificio Andrea Milano developed two enriched versions: Shock, with ginger, turmeric, and hot chili pepper, and Hug, with turmeric and cinnamon.

The company

Acetificio Andrea Milano s.r.l. was founded in 1889 and nowadays it is one of the main and oldest vinegar manufacturer. The new head production is located in the Industrial Area of Acerra, near Naples port and the junction of the main highways. The historical factory in Naples is now dedicated to the production of special dressings and glazes. The factory located in Modena represents the pride of the production of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The one-century-old oak casks, made of valuable wood, allow us to manage the complex aging process according to traditional methods, handed down from father to son. Wine Vinegar, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Apple cider vinegar, Glaze, Vino Cotto and many other dressings conventional as well as organics, make up a products range that is presented in many different kind of packaging in order to satisfy the needs of all kinds of customers and palates, even the most refined ones. The company is certified for the international product standard BRC and IFS. The production processes of the organic range comply with the organic production methods, which are orderly by the CE Regulation n. 834/07 and CCPB certified. Halal certification have been issued on 2011 by the Islamic Center of Milan.
