Gluten Free Expo 2017: a rich edition

After the success of Gluten Free Expo 2016, several former exhibitors will be present this year too at Gluten Free Expo 2017 (sixth edition), planned at the Rimini Exhibition Centre from 18th to 21st November. Among these, the Korea Rice Foodstuffs Association has just signed a three-year cooperation agreement with Gluten Free Expo organizers. The goal is to attend the fair in the next years together with a group of Korean companies. We are pleased to present this international cooperation agreement which is part of our growth path in the European market – said Juri Piceni, Managing Director of Exmedia. Thanks to this partnership we will also be able to promote and develop our exhibition in Asia.

Lactose Free Expo

During the last fair edition many events took place in Rimini, among which were cooking shows, lectures for professionals, the first Gluten Free Awards, the second European gluten free pizza Championship and the Lfree trade mark preview. The latter identifies and certifies lactose free and dairy free products. In this regard, Gluten Free Expo 2017 will be characterized as an important showcase to present the Lactose Free Expo first edition, which will take place at the same time. Lactose Free Expo is putting itself up as the only one place to meet the needs of lactose free products that, to this day, don’t have a reference fair despite their fast growing market.

“Sglutinati”

Moreover, this year Gluten Free Expo will also meet “Sglutinati”, an innovative gluten free online shop. Together, they will operate a series of initiatives to accompany companies, professional operators and the public. The project entails many catchy activities such as contests, giveaways, discounts and benefits to visit Gluten Free Expo and purchase products on Sglutinati site.
