Valbona, one of the leading Italian preserved vegetables companies, is investing on innovation. At Anuga 2017 exhibition, Valbona presents a new pickles products line called Colors of Nature. In this interview with Italianfood.net, Sales Director Marco Pilenga explains the relationship between the vegetables of different colorswhite, red, orange, green, and purpleand a healthy effect on the human body. It’s also a new way of presenting and considering vegetables: eating healthy food will make you feel better. The ‘Colors of Nature’ range is a sort of gastronomic chromatic therapy.
