The new Dalter Alimentari website – www.dalter.it – is online, completely renewed in graphics and information architectures. It represents the crowning achievement of the corporate identity’s development process that the Italian food company – leader in the grated and portioned cheese sector – based in Sant’Ilario d’Enza (Reggio Emilia) started this year.
A modern image
Our website is now perfectly consistent with Dalter’s corporate identity. The look & feel mirrors Dalter’s distinctiveness, conveying its modern image. In designing and implementing the website we followed such concepts as usability and responsiveness, in order to offer users an enjoyable and effective experience explains Dalter’s Marketing manager Elisa Flocco.
The site’s sections
The attention to users is apparent when it comes to the Store Catalogue section, where professional users can select more than one theme in their interest. A sophisticated search algorithm can give all the records of products which match users’ specific needs. In order to simplify the navigation, the company’s products are also classified by sales channel, from foodservice to food industry, from retail to private labels’ sector. The new Dalter Alimentari website has been redesigned and implemented by the Grapho Service web design business, which is based in Parma. The site is available in five different languages: Italian, English, French, Spanish and German. The reason for this is that Dalter has increasingly acquired an international dimension over the years. At present, the company operates in 41 countries around the world and 60% of its turnover comes from exports.
