Italian cold cuts company Levoni is well known and recognized in the United States, above all as a 100 year old salami producer. In the following interview with ItalianFood.net, the President Nicola Levoni explains that here at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2017 we got the answer we were expecting. We want to let consumers know why Levoni uses a lot of handwork: we want to maintain an artisanal approach to the production. And American consumers do really love this.
