At the 37th edition of Biofach 2026 in Nuremberg (February, 10-13), Probios Group, a European leader in healthy, free-from, and functional foods, is set to return to the international stage, reinforcing its strategic role in the organic sector. The group will showcase its portfolio of iconic Italian brands—Probios, ViviBio, Baule Volante, Fior di Loto, Zer%, and La Finestra sul Cielo—alongside select best-sellers from Vegeatal, a plant-based innovator recently acquired by Probios.

Biofach is a strategic appointment and a privileged observatory on the future of the sector globally,” says Renato Calabrese, CEO of Probios Group. “Attending a global event like Biofach allows us to present our vision clearly: healthy, functional, and innovative food built on a solid supply chain and industrial expertise capable of competing internationally. This fair is the ideal context to share our journey with partners, buyers, and industry professionals.”

At Stand 374, Hall 7, each Probios Group brand will present its distinct identity and values rooted in a healthy living culture. Probios will offer free-from products ranging from gluten-free to keto-friendly, focusing on taste, nutrition, and sustainability. Fior di Loto will display over 50 years of organic expertise with accessible, high-quality pantry staples. Baule Volante is set to emphasize Italian gastronomic tradition through simple, authentic, organic recipes, while La Finestra sul Cielo will highlight plant-based meals inspired by macrobiotic principles. ViviBio is ready to round out the portfolio with practical, healthy options for responsible lifestyles.

Vegeatal will introduce plant-based alternatives to dairy and meat, already popular across Europe, particularly in Germany. Innovations include Mordibella, a vegan, gluten-free cold cut alternative; GrattaVeg, a red lentil-based grated cheese substitute; StraccoVeg, a creamy spread; and Deliveg, almond-based plant desserts—all reinforcing Probios Group’s commitment to R&D and quality-driven innovation.

Four products from the Italian group have been nominated for Biofach’s Best New Product Award: Probios’s sugar-free pancakes, Fior di Loto’s glazed cookies, Baule Volante’s crispy focaccia, and La Finestra sul Cielo’s rye Gransfoglie.
