Alice Pizza, the Roman-born pizza chain, has officially opened its fourth store in Hong Kong, choosing one of the city’s most iconic shopping destinations, New Town Plaza in Sha Tin, as the new home for its latest expansion.
The opening was met with immediate success. The company reported “a record-breaking first day of sales,” setting a new benchmark for its operations abroad.

“This opening is particularly special: it’s the first time we bring our new store format outside of Italy,” the company said in a statement. The format blends “warm and welcoming tones with modern, essential design — a true expression of our Italian soul.”

The Hong Kong debut of the new concept is positioned as more than just a retail milestone. Alice Pizza described it as “a new milestone in our international journey,” highlighting the brand’s ambition to build a global footprint while maintaining its Italian heritage.

The company closed its announcement with a message of gratitude: “Thank you to the amazing team who made this achievement possible.”
