Surgital Highlights Regional Flavors at SIAL

At the Paris international food exhibition the Italian company showcases its brands 'Laboratorio Tortellini' and 'Divine Creazioni' with the launch of three new products, each paying homage to regions renowned for their rich culinary heritage

Surgital is showcasing its offerings at SIAL 2024 in Paris, presenting two key products from its Laboratorio Tortellini line to international markets: Gnocchetti Sardi and Busiate. The latter, launched this year in the U.S., has been well-received for its high-quality frozen fresh pasta. Also featured is the Divine Creazioni range, with particular emphasis on its latest premium addition: Scrigni with Squacquerone di Romagna PDO, a nod to the company’s roots in Emilia-Romagna.

Already present in over 60 countries, Surgital aims to use its SIAL appearance to expand global awareness of frozen fresh pasta in kitchens worldwide.
