Valsoia, a prominent leader in the Italian healthy food sector, is accelerating its international expansion strategy with a series of major new commercial agreements. By securing partnerships with several leading European retail chains, the company is officially entering the Polish and Hungarian markets, while simultaneously reinforcing its presence in Spain, Sweden, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Strategic market expansion

In a significant move for the brand’s international footprint, Valsoia has entered Hungary for the first time through agreements with retail giants SPAR and Tesco. Similarly, the company has launched its operations in Poland by partnering with Carrefour and Auchan. These entries mark a pivotal moment for the group as it looks to capitalize on the increasing consumer demand for high-quality, plant-based products across Central and Eastern Europe.

The company is also deepening its roots in established markets. In Sweden, Valsoia has expanded its shelf presence within ICA, Coop, and Axfood, responding to a consumer base highly attuned to wellness trends. Meanwhile, the Spanish market sees the brand entering Consum, a major player in the local retail landscape. Additionally, in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, new partnerships with Tesco, Kaufland, and Billa are enabling the distribution of the brand’s full range of plant-based beverages.

Strong economic performance

The company’s commitment to global growth is reflected in its latest financial results. During the first three months of 2026, foreign revenue for the “Valsoia Bontà e Salute” brand grew by 11.9% compared to the same period in 2025. This double-digit growth highlights the rising popularity of the Italian firm’s offerings among European consumers.

Leadership perspective

Andrea Panzani, CEO of Valsoia, commented on the success: “International development is a strategic priority. These results validate the potential of our health-conscious brand in foreign markets and our ability to meet the evolving needs of European shoppers. Strengthening our distribution with such prominent retail partners is a significant achievement that encourages us to continue our path of growth and brand valorization across the continent.”
