Italy’s Gruppo Fini made a significant push at Anuga 2025 in Cologne, using innovation as the key driver for its entire product portfolio. The company showcased numerous new items across its divisions—fresh pasta, preserves, and dry pasta—with a focus on convenience and health-conscious trends that are delivering strong market returns. New fresh pasta products, featuring premium regional ingredients like balsamic vinegar from Modena and 30-month Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, emphasize taste and quick preparation, with some even offering a novel “deep-fry” option. Furthermore, a new lactose-free line was selected as a finalist for the Italian Food Award during the show.
