
The Italian ravioli producer Lo Scoiattolo is actively expanding its footprint in the United States. This year, it started showcasing a diverse range of products at the Summer Fancy Food Show 2025 in New York. The company, already present in the US market, leveraged the event to meet new customers and boost its international reach. Among the offerings are innovative new recipes developed by their R&D department, including distinctive fillings like Burrata and Lemon zest, Asparagus and Mozzarella, and classic Italian flavors such as Carbonara.
