Iconic L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele Opens Its Doors in Brussels

We are kicking off a series of openings across Italy and Belgium this December, marking our first venture into the Belgian market,” says Alessandro Condurro, CEO of L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele in the World, which today unveiled its first Brussels location at Rue Antoine Dansaert, 53.

The Brussels venue is just a minute’s walk from the Brussels Stock Exchange, or ‘Beurs,’ and five minutes from the iconic Grand Place—a prime location easily accessible to both locals and tourists,” adds Francesco De Luca, the other CEO of L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele in the World.

Brussels marks the final opening of the year, following our recent expansion in Amsterdam. It’s a true slice of Italian authenticity in the heart of Brussels, with seating for around 70,” says Amedeo Aterrano, partner for the Amsterdam, London, and Manchester locations.

The new restaurant’s design evokes Italy, with themed artwork and personal mementos from the Condurro family. The space also features a bar, a small terrace at the rear, and another seating area in front of the entrance. The menu showcases signature pizzas from the original Naples location, including margherita, marinara, and cosacca, all served in the traditional wheel style. It also offers other Neapolitan classics, such as stuffed calzone, pizza fritta, sausage and friarielli, diavola, and the much-loved mushrooms and truffles—especially popular in London—alongside a variety of appetizers, desserts, and drinks to complement the meal or extend the evening.
