The most traditional product made by the Italian bakery company Biscottificio Grondona—Cuorleggero sweet-taste slices—is also one of the most innovative within the company’s crispy line. In fact, during this year’s edition of the SIAL trade show, the company won the Italian Food Award in the Sustainability category.
