Felicia, the brand of Italian pasta maker Andriani, is set to welcome visitors at the 60th edition of SIAL in Paris from October 19 to 23. The company will showcase the market’s most extensive range of healthy pasta, crafted from innovative, organic, and naturally gluten-free ingredients, including whole grains such as oats, rice, buckwheat, and teff, as well as legumes like lentils, chickpeas, and peas. This initiative is part of its “Colorfood Revolution.”
At Hall 1, Stand 110, live cooking demonstrations led by chefs Massimo Buono and Giovanni Cifarelli aim to captivate food enthusiasts both in Paris and online via social media. Attendees will receive expert advice on culinary pairings and learn how to enhance their well-being through food.
“Andriani exports to over 40 countries, with France being a pivotal market in our international expansion,” notes Marco Lentini, Marketing Director at Andriani. “With Felicia, we provide a diverse selection of raw materials sourced from organic agriculture, known for their functional properties, while delivering a rich taste experience with unique ingredients such as buckwheat, whole oats, brown rice, red lentils, chickpeas, and spirulina—a microalga renowned for its nutritional benefits and low environmental impact, produced through a circular economy model.”
